Return Policy:

At Woolly Kids, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your child perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

  • We have a 30-day return policy for all items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website, and we do not accept returns without prior authorization. 
  • All non-full-priced and sale products are excluded from the return policy. If you need to exchange a discounted product, please contact us.

  • Customers in Australia and the United States:
    You can return your item to our local warehouse in your country. We'll provide the return address after you contact us.
  • Customers in other regions:
    Please reach out to us. We'll guide you through the return process and help arrange the best solution.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

 

Exchange Policy: Swap with Ease

If you need to exchange an item (for example, due to size issues), please contact us first.

  • Return the item in good condition to our local warehouse (for Australia and U.S. customers) or contact us (for other regions) for return instructions.
  • Return shipping is at your own cost.
  • After confirming the returned item is in good condition, we’ll issue a FREE SHIPPING coupon code for you to place a new order for the correct size.
  • We will also process the refund for your original order once the return is verified.
