"The shoes have rubbed badly against my child’s heels, and both sides have been rubbed to the point of bleeding. I also checked the shoes myself and noticed that the heel area is extremely hard, with a noticeable raised section inside the shoe. In my opinion, the design of this part of the shoe is quite unreasonable, especially for children’s footwear, as it can cause significant discomfort and injury."
